Fattoria di Maiano is not an ordinary farm. Nestled in the hills of Fiesole, just five minutes from Florence, this family estate sits on land that carries centuries of history — including Monte Ceceri, the mountain where Leonardo da Vinci is believed to have conducted his first flight experiments. The property has been in the same family for generations, and today they produce their own honey, olive oil, and wine while welcoming guests into one of Tuscany's most quietly extraordinary settings.
Tommaso, the owner, hired BTL Media to create an image film that would capture what words and photographs alone cannot — the atmosphere. The way the morning light moves across the olive groves. The texture of honey being pulled from hives that have sat in the same spot for decades. The view from Monte Ceceri that da Vinci himself once stood and studied.
Over four days, a three-person crew captured the estate from every angle — aerial sweeps of the rolling landscape, intimate close-ups of the production process, and cinematic portraits of the family and their staff at work. The goal was not a promotional video. It was a visual identity piece — something that would make anyone who watched it feel the warmth of this place before they ever set foot on the property.
